Anjuna Beach Calling
After very long bike-drives and endless searches, spanning a couple of monsoons, we at last found the new office we fell in love.. Right inside our hearts :P This had been one of our beloved residences since the start of iGOA, but despite it’s excellent location and condition it had to stay as a residence. After we set the terms to operate from here, we quickly launched the move out campaign and landed in Anjuna Beach.
Our new office is in the middle of flea market (next to laurenco pizza) and right by the beach. With the sound of the waves as background, we now have 2 dogs we inherited with the house (Toby and Nokio) and 2 new igoans, Vinod and Harriet to help on cleaning and garden, in addition to Sunita on cooking grounds..
How we’re gonna come to office on Wednesdays, the market day traffic, we don’t know yet. It’s worth to be on the beach.

Job Opening: Web Developer
We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer who can code backend and/or frontEnd. Job is in Istanbul at least for the first year.
Required skills are:
Advanced knowledge in php development (Minimum 5 years).
Advanced skills on xhtml, css, javascript.
Cross Browser knowledge for css and javascript.
Good knowledge in javascript libraries such as jquery, mootools.
Knowledge in SQL.
Knowledge and experience of MVC Frameworks, Linux, Smarty, AMFPhp and SVN is a huge plus..

thou shall not steal…
this gang (with 2 mothers running away bagging the infants as they saw the camera) has been the main problem of our gated community in Vagator as they break (or simply chew) any plant and flower in the garden…
But they have crossed a certain line when they stole the fresh bread left to the door in the mornings and still give me the WTF look as if nothing had happened.. suckas!

Although not commercial in the sense of brand preaching, but finding their bucks somehow (somebody should give them sh*t loads of money, if you ask me), the best guerilla communication people are ImprovEverywhere . You must be knowing them from their traditional No Pants Day in NYC (and now Worldwide) or the Food Court Musical, but these are not all. They have done loads of stuff from going to a random children’s baseball game and making them feel like superstar baseballers with real NBC stadium commentary to offshore casinos in the ponds and rivers of Central Park.
